Hon. Sharon Burke is a Global Fellow for the Environmental Change and Security Program at the Wilson Center, and the Founder and President of Ecospherics, a new research and advisory organization, and a Global Fellow with ECSP.

Previously, she was the Director of Resource Security at the civic organization, New America. She has also served in senior U.S. government positions in the State Department and Pentagon, most recently as the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Operational Energy and an advisor to the Biden-Harris Transition Team.
