H.E. Vahan Kostanyan is Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia. Previously, in 2021 he was Assistant to the Foreign Minister of Armenia. From 2021 to 2023 he was Adviser to the Foreign Minister of Armenia. He studied at the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Yerevan State University.
