Heloise Heyer

Heloise Heyer has over 15 experience leading programming and organisational change accompaniment to international and local actors working in conflict contexts. She is currently the Conflict Sensitivity Global Lead at the PeaceNexus Foundation, based in Switzerland, where she oversees funding and institutional support to humanitarian, development and environmental organisations who aim to strengthen their impact and peacebuilding contributions in contexts facing or at risk of violent conflict. PeaceNexus partners include leading international organisations as well as local civil society and government institutions in West Africa, Central Asia, the Western Balkans and South East Asia. In the past, Heloise notably managed the global Conflict Sensitivity Consortium, which produced foundational materials for the sector based on the experience of 35 leading aid agencies in the UK, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Sierra Leone. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation from the European Inter-University Centre and has worked most extensively in West Africa and Central Asia.
