Ashraf Usman is Conflict and Political Economy Specialist at UNDP. He has over 11 Years of experience in providing integrated programme and policy support to conflict, governance and resilience related work. Currently, he leads the Conflict and Political Economy portfolio of UNDP Nigeria, designing and implementing data responsive projects, mainstreaming conflict analysis and conflict sensitivity; and analysing the peace, environmental and socio-economic contexts of conflict with a focus on Nigeria and the Lake Chad region.
