Lieutenant Colonel Ragnar Holldack has a logistics background and currently works at the directorate general Military Strategy and Operations at the german Ministry of Defence and among other things he is the subject matter expert for climate change and security in his division. He and his team is responsible for subsidiary tasks of the Bundeswehr within Germany in peacetime and the military support in international crisis management.
