Dr. Raymond Omollo is Principal Secretary in the State Department for Internal Security and National Administration of the Republic of Kenya. 

Prior to his appointment, he started his career in 2005 as a researcher and data manager at the University of Nairobi and served as the Managing Director of the Lake Basin Development Authority (LBDA).
