Laura Birkman Senior Strategic Analyst and Head of the Climate and Security Program at the Hague Centre for Strategic Studies. She leads a range of projects focusing on the security implications of climate change and the connection between Water, Peace and Security (WPS). Prior to this, she worked in the Dutch government, focusing on food security, biodiversity, and trade policy and as a Principal and Senior Consultant at Ecorys.
