Dr. Nicolas Regaud is currently Senior Advisor for Climate to the Vice Chief of the Defence Staff at the French Ministry for the Armed Forces. He co-directed with B. Alex and F. Gemenne a book on climate change and its implications for defense and security (in French: La guerre chaude, enjeux stratégiques du changement climatique, published by Presses de SciencesPo, March 2022).
