Lukas Rüttinger is a Senior Advisor at adelphi, where he has worked for over 10 years at the interface between environmental, development, foreign and security policy. He mainly focuses on peace and conflict, climate change, and security and mining. Lukas aims to create solutions to the complex challenges and crises that arise from the interplay of environmental problems, climate change, socio-economic challenges, governance issues and conflict. Prior to his appointment at adelphi, Rüttinger spent 2 years at GIZ.
