Ms. Teresa Mugadza is IDLO’s Country Manager for Kenya. She is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law School with an LLM in International Legal Studies with Distinction and an LLB Hons from the University of Zimbabwe. Ms. Mugadza has vast experience as a legal and development practitioner, spanning in excess of 20 years. Her professional experience encompasses legal and policy expertise; training and capacity building; research and impact assessment across the themes of governance (including anti-corruption interventions) human rights, gender equality and women’s rights. Her personal passion lies in the advancement of human rights, in particular, the rights of women and girls to live free from all forms of violence and realize their maximum potential. 

Ms. Mugadza is a Common Purpose CSC Fellow (2017-2018), Women’s Leadership and Public Policy Fellowship/LAWA Fellow (2002-2003).
