La conferencia se llevará a cabo el 24 de octubre de 2024. El registro estará abierto a partir de las 6:00  PM. La conferencia comenzará puntualmente a las 6:30 PM. Le recomendamos muy amablemente llegar a las 6:00 PM y así tener tiempo suficiente para iniciar las interacciones.

La cena de trabajo se llevará a cabo en el hotel Sonesta Cali, Cl. 18 Nte. #4N - 08, San Vicente, Cali. La sala se llama CAOBOS y está ubicada en el 2° piso. Se puede acceder a la sala por escaleras o ascensor. Dado el tráfico congestionado de la ciudad de Cali, por favor considere tiempo adicional al planificar su llegada.
 

Tenga en cuenta que todos los arreglos logísticos (transporte hacia y dentro de Cali/Colombia, alojamiento, etc.) son responsabilidad exclusiva de los participantes. Para llegar al lugar, sugerimos a los participantes utilizar servicios de taxi o aplicaciones como Easy Taxi o Uber. 

Desde la Zona Azul (Centro de eventos valle del pacífico): Aproximadamente 25 minutos. Un Uber costará aproximadamente COP 40,000. Las direcciones para quienes lleguen en su propio automóvil se pueden encontrar aquí.

Desde la Zona Verde (área del Boulevard del Río): El Hotel Sonesta está a una distancia caminable desde el Boulevard del Río. Se puede llegar en aproximadamente 20 minutos caminando o 3 minutos en coche. 

El panel será principalmente en español. Habrá traducción al inglés disponible bajo solicitud.

La cena será un menú vegetariano fijo, servido puntualmente a las 6:45 PM. Comidas veganas, así como adaptaciones por alergias alimentarias, pueden solicitarse por correo electrónico (berlin-climate-security-conference@adelphi.de) hasta el 17 de octubre.

It can be reached by stairs and elevator. Given the busy traffic in the city of Cali, please allow additional time when planning your arrival.

Kindly note that all logistical arrangements (transport to and within Cali/Colombia, accommodation etc.) lie solely within the responsibility of participants. To reach the venue, we suggest participants use taxi services or apps such as Easy Taxi or Uber. 
 

From the Blue Zone (Centro de eventos valle del pacífico): Approximately 25 minutes. An Uber will cost approximately COP 40,000. Directions for those arriving with their own car can be found here. 
 

From the Green Zone (Boulevard del Río area): The Sonesta Hotel is at a walking distance from the Boulevard del Río area. It can be reached in approximately 20 minutes walking or 3 minutes with a car. 

The panel will be mainly in Spanish. Translation to English will be available upon request.

The dinner will be vegetarian, served at 6:45PM sharp. Vegan meals as well as accommodation for food allergies can be requested via email (berlin-climate-security-conference@adelphi.de) by the 17 of October.
