H.E. Jennifer Lee Morgan has been State Secretary and Special Envoy for International Climate Action at the German Federal Foreign Office since 16 March 2022. She has had an extensive career working on climate issues and previously held the position of Executive Director at Greenpeace International (GPI), was a member of the German Council for Sustainability Development, and Director of the Global Climate Programme at World Resources Institute in Washington D.C. and Berlin, to name a few.
