Nizar El Laz is a dual national conflict, stabilisation and development specialist working in fragile settings promoting positive social change. Since 2013, he has been leading the design and implementation of multi-million-dollar stabilisation and development programmes and managing large teams across various geographies on behalf of international clients. Nizar has a vast experience designing, implementing, and monitoring development, security and stability projects for UK, US, Canada, UN agencies and various international donors. An experienced professional mediator, trainer, facilitator and certified in Project Management in Development (PMD Pro) with deep understanding of the dynamics, actors, and history of the Middle East and an ability to engage, collaborate and build balanced relationships with various stakeholders in the private and public sector.
