Abigail Robinson is an independent expert in security, diplomacy, and public sector reform. Her current work focuses on climate and environmental security and regenerative governance. She has extensive experience supporting security sector reform in countries including Colombia, Mali, Kenya, and Kosovo. Her previous positions include Senior Advisor with the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance, Senior Program Officer with the Center for Civil Military Relations, Deputy Head of the U.S. Delegation to the OPCW, and U.S. Army officer. Abigail is based in the Netherlands and has an M.S. in Conflict Resolution and Governance and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
