Major General Vincent Breton is director of the Joint Center for Doctrines, Concepts and Experimentations (Paris).
He is a seasoned transport pilot who flew 6400 flight hours on Transall, Airbus 310, Airbus 340 and over numerous theaters of operations. He commanded Evreux Air Base. He received a number of assignments in different staffs: French Joint Staff (foresight studies and military strategy cell…); French Air Staff; French representation to the EU; US Air Force Central Command (Qatar). He is graduated from the French Center for Advanced Military Studies, the British Higher Command and Staff Course, the Italian Joint Staff College.
