H.E. Suzi Barbosa is Minister of Foreign Affairs, Guinea-Bissau. Barbosa a determined advocate for women’s political participation in Guinea-Bissau, and is focusing on gender-informed analysis and action in the fields of foreign affairs and climate change. Prior to her appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2019, she was was the Secretary of State for International Cooperation and Communities in Guinea-Bissau.
