Sebastian Kratzer joined HD´s Mediation and Policy team in 2017, where he leads the Strategy, Analysis and Evaluation Team. He supports executive management as the mediation support focal point for HD’s Africa, Latin America and environmental peacemaking operations. Prior to this he worked as Field Coordinator for UNDP’s Peacebuilding Unit in Darfur and for the German Embassy in Colombia.
