Omar Dairov is the Executive Director and CSO of "Students of Kyrgyzstan for a Green Economy", which he has been a member of since 2019. As executive director, Dairov and his team were responsible for organizing the Youth Caravan, an initiative that travelled through secondary schools of the country to raise awareness among young people about the impacts of climate change, to call them to action. The Caravan also informed young people about gender stereotypes and facilitated digital skills workshops.
