Esra Buttanri is Senior Advisor at the OSCE, where she works on climate change and security, including within the context of sustainable development. Before joining OSCE, she served as Programme Manager at the UNDP Country Office in Turkey for almost ten years and has over 25 years of experience in the intersection between environment, development and security.
