Ottilia Anna Maunganidze is the Head of Special Projects in the Office of the Executive Director at the Institute for Security Studies. An international law and human rights advocate, she works towards promoting human security on the African continent by advancing peace and justice. Her areas of interest include emerging security threats, international criminal justice, international human rights law, and migration trends and policy.
