Mirjam Sørli is a political scientist by training and has more than 20 years of working with humanitarian, development and peacebuilding actors at both field and headquarters. She is currently the project manager for UN Reform and UN Peace Operations at NORCAP. Our current support focuses on the UN Secretary General’s reform agenda and challenges related to climate, peace and security, conflict-related sexual violence and situational awareness in UN Peace Operations. NORCAP works to improve aid to better protect and empower people affected by crisis and climate change. We do this by providing expertise and solutions to humanitarian, development and peacebuilding partners.
